Product Images Download

As an ongoing commitment to all of our customers we have made available the facility to download an archive of all of our product images. These images are for use by all of our customers to aid in the promotion of our products throughout the world.

Use of these images is prohibited by anyone else apart from a direct customer of Retriever Sports Limited. The images can only be used in the promotion of our products and must never be used to reproduce any of our designs. Any one found doing so will be dealt with strictly under UK copyright laws.

To access the image archive you must contact us to receive a username and password which will enable you to log in and download them directly from our site.

By accessing and downloading the archive you have agreed to our End User License Agreement as displayed below.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, YOUR COMPANY, YOUR EMPLOYER AND/OR YOUR CLIENT (in the case you are an agent acting for a single client), AS THE CASE MAY BE (COLLECTIVELY "YOU"), AND RETRIEVER SPORTS LIMITED.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS IS AN ABSOLUTE CONDITION TO YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF IMAGES FROM RETRIEVER SPORTS LIMITED CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND FORMS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND RETRIEVER SPORTS LIMITED. Retriever Sports Limited reserves the right to change any of the terms of this Agreement at any time, without prior intimation and you agree to be bound by such changes. If you do not agree to the following terms, as may be amended, do not download or use any products(s)/service(s).

::Definitions::
Images: 'images' herein collectively refers to the product images provided for use by Retriever Sports Limited.

::Grant of License::
On the understanding that you will comply with the terms of this Agreement, Retriever Sports Limited gives to you and your employer (if you are licensing on behalf of your employer) a non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferable right to use, without payment of additional royalties and fees, the image(s) you have downloaded for you or your customers.

The only right that you have is the right to use the image(s) in accordance with this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are specifically meant for Retriever Sports Limited.

::Limited Rights::
Your rights to use image(s) are limited in the following manner, in addition to any other restrictions provided in this Agreement or by law.

You are given rights to use the image(s) royalty free (without payment of additional costs) for you, your company (if you are downloading on behalf of your company) and/or your client (in the case you are an agent acting for a single client).

You are given rights to Crop/Resize the images based on your preference.

The images are copyrighted by Retriever Sports Limited. You may not use the images  for any other purpose other than that connected with the products for which they represent.

You can not create new derivate works from them.

You do not have rights to sell / resell / distribute / redistribute / lease / sublease / license / sublicense / hire / subhire the images(s) to a third party under any circumstances.

You are prohibited from posting any image(s) or portion of image(s) on any electronic bulletin board. You shall neither place it online or in downloadable format nor will you use or allow anyone else to use the image(s) to create pornographic, libellous, obscene or defamatory material.

If you use a image(s) in a manner not specifically authorised by this Agreement we will consider that an infringement of our and our third party licensors' proprietary rights and will impose infringement damages upon you. You are prohibited from using a image that is contrary to a restriction stated in this Agreement.

::Copyright Information::
All Retriever Sports Limited product(s)/image(s) are copyrighted by UK Copyright Laws. Any activity involving copying, stealing, reselling, leasing, renting of our image(s) and/or design(s) is strictly prohibited. Any such act will be considered illegal and will lead to litigation under UK courts as deemed appropriate by us.

There are third party copyrights over images contained within our image(s). You will respect these copyrights and shall not have ownership or copyright in any product or in any image contained within Retriever Sports Limited product(s)/image(s). You are also legally required to provide copyright protection for any image(s) you download from this website.

::Warranty and Limitation of Liability::
RETRIEVER SPORTS LIMITED MAKES NO WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED NEITHER SHALL IT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, LOST PROFITS OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE OR OTHERWISE. 

::Non Transferable/Non Assignable License::
You are not allowed to assign the license that has been granted to you for these image(s) to a third party. It is personal to you or your employer.

::Unauthorised Use of Images::
You agree to the condition that Retriever Sports Limited, its third party inclusive of directors, officers, affiliates and representatives cannot be held responsible for any claim for damages, losses or any costs, including solicitors' fees if you make unauthorised use of any image(s) or portion thereof supplied to you by Retriever Sports Limited, or if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement.

Access to the Image Archive

The image archive is provided in .zip format. Once you have downloaded the archive you will need Winzip or other similar archive program to open and extract the files contained within.

A trial version of Winzip can be obtained from: www.winzip.com

All images are in .jpg format and are supplied in large and thumbnail sizes. All images are 72dpi.
If you require other image formats or sizes please contact us with your request and we will endeavour to help.
We will update the image archive with new product images as we add them to the web site.

To access the image archive please contact us, using our contact form, email or telephone so we can supply you with a username and password.
